Absolutely! It has been found that both coaching and mediation are just as successful over video as they are in person. 

Sometimes, it may not be possible to have the mediation you are hoping for with the other party, however you may still be able to receive resolution. We can work one-on-one with proven therapeutic tools to bring you a real and lasting experience of resolution and even emotional healing. 

Any signed written agreement that you create in mediation is submissible in a court of law. Generally speaking, if both parties have come to voluntary signed agreement the judge will also concur. However, only a judge can issue a legally enforceable court order. 

The absolute confidentiality of mediation is protected by law. This means that nothing you say in mediation can be legally submitted to a court as evidence to be used against you. 

One-on-one sessions are $120 for 1 hour. 

Third party mediations are $500 for up to three hours. 

Team training fees are based on location, group size and duration. Please send a message or call to learn more. 

Generally, I encourage all parties to split the cost of a mediation equally and will bill each individual separately. However, in some cases there may be a mutual agreement between the parties about how much each person will pay.
